ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Aisha!

The owner of Trail Counseling.

I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in Washington State, with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My courses included training encompassing development across the entire lifespan.

I have experience working with adolescents, couples, and families in both non-profit and educational settings. My internship was at a large community nonprofit, where I worked with a diverse range of clients from throughout the community.

I would love to meet you and cheer you on! My approach is empathetic and person-centered, blending acceptance and cultural sensitivity with curiosity, and - yes - even challenging you where you desire to grow. I utilize CBT and an integrative approach drawing from other modalities and trainings to work with the uniqueness of each client. ​​

I firmly believe that life is messy, but processing our current challenges, thoughts, or history in a trusted and peaceful space can be a rewarding investment.
